Anne-Marie Stelluti

My name is Anne-Marie and I’m a registered dietitian with a passion in digestive health nutrition and a focus in IBS and the low FODMAP diet.

What you eat is a powerful tool that affects your digestive health every day. I have seen what a difference food and lifestyle can make in solving gut symptoms and what an impact it can have on improving someone’s life. Life really is too short to waste on fad diets and short-term solutions.

I graduated from McGill University with a Bachelors’ degree in Nutritional sciences and I am a member of the College of Dietitians of BC. I have given talks with the GI Society of Vancouver, the Gluten Free Expo, and the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of Canada.

As an advocate for a real food approach and evidence-based therapy, I really enjoy helping people figure things out and reach their goals.
